Harnessing and promoting a community outlook in the next 10 years will add significant value to assets on many levels. Capturing community commitment can significantly aid sales conversion opportunities. Blending the retail community and the town community’s outlooks are key to driving space and place performance. Communities are assets that must be engaged with, involved and proactively championed as part of an ‘asset trading strategy.’ Our approach galvanises community organisations and town centre management towards our positional goal of creating a sense of place by winning hearts, minds and ultimately a large share of the local purse.
