I-AM have been appointed by CBRE Global Investors as asset managers on the retail element of the newly acquired Great Western Arcade. CBRE Global Investors acquired the listed retail arcade and office block in August 2014 on behalf of its CBRE UK Property Fund LP. I-AM’s remit is to deliver the asset management strategy in accordance with the Funds investment requirements.
I-AM will focus on developing the unique position the asset occupies in Birmingham’s retail hierarchy. Located in the heart of the Central Business District, Great Western Arcade will provide a distinctive mixed offer of retail, dining and health and beauty services to the premium consumer audience on its doorstep.
